The Manufacturer warrants this WATER COOLER to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from date of original installation.   The Manufacturer's obligation shall be limited to repairing or replacing any part of said WATER COOLER, which examination discloses to be thus defective and which has not been subject to any accident, alteration, abuse or misuse.   This warranty includes freight or postage from the Manufacturer's factory to Port of Embarkation.   This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties and obligations.

Four-Year Replacement Contract:

The Manufacturer agrees to replace any part of the hermetically sealed refrigeration system, including interconnecting lines, which becomes inoperative in the next four years after expiration of one-year warranty.   The Manufacturer's obligation is limited to repairing or replacing any part of this system which examination discloses to be defective due to factory workmanship or material.   This contract does not apply to the cabinet or its finish, the relays or the fan assembly, faucets, the external wiring, control, nor any part subjected to accident, alteration, abuse or misuse.   It does not include service calls.   This warranty includes freight or postage from the Manufacturer's factory to Port of Embarkation.

WARNING

The warranty and the underwriters' listing for this machine are automatically voided if this machine is altered, modified, or combined with any other machine or device. Alteration or modification of this machine may cause serious flooding and/or hazardous electrical shock or fire.

Except as set forth within, the Manufacturer makes no other warranty, guarantee or agreement expressed, implied or statutory including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

The foregoing is in lieu of all other agreements expressed, implied or statutory and all other obligations or liabilities of the Manufacturer.   The Manufacturer does not assume or authorize any person to assume any obligations of liability in connection with this product.   In no event will the Manufacturer be liable for special or consequntial damage or for any delay in the performance of this agreement due to causes beyond their control.
